DON's Delight

My most exciting news is that after YEARS of waiting, I finally adopted a rescue pup yesterday. Her photo is below and she needs a name, so I'm working on that. She about 10 months old and some kind of Spaniel mix. She was one of many dogs that are in the shelter as a result of foreclosures (people forced to leave their homes and unable or unwilling to bring their dog with them to their next location). But as you can see from her smile, she is a very happy girl and she seemed to get along well with Indy during her home visit. She is being held at doggie daycare until I return home. Expect lots more on her in the weeks to come!

Congrats! How about some of these names...BONK, CRABCAKES, etc.

She's adorable, can't wait to meet her.

aw congrats DON! i love dogs, they rock, i hope you have as much fun with her as i do with mine, if you google dogs names, many many sites come up with a few million options! i thought of 'Star' when i saw her, then realized how ironic a name it is haha seeing as all you right about is stars, whereas i was thinking about the universe... hmmm lol have fun! xxx
